• Designed and implemented programs for acting school teaching television and film acting technique.
• Coached instructors on a daily basis to improve teaching efficiency and effectiveness.

• Coached actors on television material and dramatic content of scenes.
• Directed 5 half-hour episodes of dramatic television series.  

THE WEATHERFORD GROUP

• Management supervision of five-member partnership specializing in the development and production of soap operas for the international and domestic markets.
• Produced 66 half-hour dramas.
• Supervised project personnel (up to fifty at a time), participated in client development as well as the Developed and negotiated both business and production contracts.
